Terms of Service — NurseRemote

1. Who we are

NurseRemote (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online job board and resume tools focused on remote nursing roles for LPNs, RNs, NPs, and related credentials. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential.

3. Lifetime access purchase

NurseRemote sells a one-time purchase of $47 USD that grants lifetime access to the job board, application tracker, resume tools, and downloadable resume templates for as long as the service exists. There are no subscriptions, no renewals, and no recurring charges. “Lifetime” means the operational lifetime of the NurseRemote service; we do not guarantee the service will operate indefinitely.

4. No employment guarantee

NurseRemote is a job-listing aggregator and resume-tools platform. We do not employ you, place you, or guarantee any interview, offer, salary, or employment outcome. Listings come from third parties and may change or disappear without notice. You are responsible for verifying job details directly with the hiring employer.

5. Resume templates and content

Our resume templates are provided as examples for educational and inspirational use. All names, employers, dates, metrics, and credentials shown in the samples are fictional. You are free to copy, edit, and adapt them. We are not affiliated with any company referenced in the samples.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials, (b) scrape, resell, or republish job listings or templates in bulk, (c) use the service for unlawful purposes, or (d) attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

7. Intellectual property

The NurseRemote brand, software, and original written content are owned by us. Job listings remain the property of their original posters. Our resume templates are released for personal use as described in Section 5.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular job listing is accurate or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
