If NurseRemote isn't a fit, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund your $47 in full — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@nurseremote.app from the address on your account.
  2. Include the subject line “Refund request.”
  3. You'll receive confirmation within 2 business days. Refunds typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 7 days

Because lifetime access is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there is nothing to cancel and we do not offer refunds outside of the 7-day window. If you experience a technical issue or billing error at any time, please reach out and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Account closure

A refund includes deactivation of your lifetime access. If you also want your account data deleted, mention this in your refund request and we'll process both together.
