Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info: email, full name, password (hashed), and optional profile details (license type, state, specialties).
• App activity: saved jobs, applications you track, resumes you upload, and AI resume-score results.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — only your Stripe customer ID and purchase status.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

• To provide and personalize the job board (showing roles that match your license and location).
• To run the resume-scoring tool and store your results so you can revisit them.
• To process your one-time payment and unlock lifetime access.
• To send transactional email (account confirmations, password resets, optional daily job digests).
• To detect abuse and keep the service secure.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not share your resume content with employers without your action.
• We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels.

Service providers we use

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• AI providers (via Lovable AI Gateway) — to power resume scoring. Resume content is sent to the model only when you request a score and is not used to train third-party models.

Your rights

You can view, edit, or delete your profile from the Account page. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@nurseremote.app and we will action your request within 30 days. Residents of California, the EEA, the UK, and similar jurisdictions have additional rights (access, correction, portability, deletion); contact us to exercise them.

Data retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your profile, saved jobs, applications, and resumes within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes (e.g., payment records).

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Children

NurseRemote is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
